Club statement
In preparation for our forthcoming Capital One Cup Semi-Final home leg against Aston Villa, the club would like to ask supporters who purchased their recent Arsenal tickets online to give us feedback regarding their ticketing experience.
The purpose of this request is to allow us to ensure we make it even easier for our supporters to purchase tickets for 8 January tie.

We'd also stress the importance of having your contact details up to date so we'd ask that you spend a few moments to log into the Bradford City ticketing system and make any necessary amendments.

Parkinson pleased with Villa draw
PUBLISHED 10:20 20th December 2012
Bantams boss Phil Parkinson has declared himself pleased with the news that City have been pitted together with Premier League side Aston Villa for their forthcoming Capital One Cup Semi-Final.
For the club's first-ever appearance in the last four stage of this competition, Parkinson's men will host Villa on Tuesday 8 January 2013 in the first leg before travelling to Villa Park for the second leg exactly two weeks later.
Chelsea and Swansea City will battle it out for a place in the final in the other semi.
Following Chelsea's defeat of Leeds United in the final quarter-final tie last (Wednesday) night, City will be the Football League's sole representative in the competition.
Speaking after the draw was made, Parkinson said: "I think the draw is perfect for us as a team and for our supporters.
"Chelsea or Swansea would have been long trips for our supporters. It might have been very expensive and very difficult for them to get down to the away leg if we'd drawn either one of those teams.
"Villa will be a bit easier for our fans to get to in their numbers and both ties should be good for the club financially as well.
"Financially, the best draw probably would have been Chelsea, but Villa are still are huge club and it will be a great opportunity for everyone involved with the club.
"The lads will understandably be excited about the draw but we have five important league games to focus on before we can look forward to the first leg.
"We will have nothing to lose going into the two legs. They will be two occasions for the club to look forward to and really enjoy."
