Ticket Zone statement

The club has today reiterated its statement of advice to any supporters who suspect their credit or debit card has been misused following the purchase of tickets for the League 2 Play-Off Final against Northampton Town last Saturday.

Supporters who feel their credit/debit card could have misused should first of all contact their card provider and then contact Ticket Zone via email on customerservices@ticketzone.co.uk or by phone 08444 99 99 55 (option 3).

Ticket Zone is working hard on any issues that may have arisen and is helping the Police with their enquiries into the criminal activity that has occurred for a small number of cardholders.  As the matter is now being dealt with by Ticket Zone and the Police, it will not be appropriate for the Club to make any further announcements on this matter.
